Add Customized Strings (OEM Information) in System Properties Dialog Box of Windows all versions and Later

With the help of this trick, you can add some extra information such as your company name, phone number, website URL and a personalized logo or image in Windows Vista and 7 System Properties dialog box. Its very much same as the good old "OEMLogo.bmp" and "OEMInfo.ini" files in windows XP but sadly this trick no longer works in Vista and 7.

If you also want to customize System Properties window and want to show OEM information and logo in Windows Vista and Windows 7, follow these simple steps:

1. Type regedit in RUN dialog box or Start Menu searchbox and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor, now go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

Under this key, look for a key OEMInformation. If it doesn't exist, create it.

2. Now select OEMInformation key and in right-side pane, create following String values and set their values as shown below:



Logo - path_of_OEMlogo.bmp_file
Manufacturer - Any_desired_name
Model - Any_desired_name
SupportHours - Any_desired_time_amount_like_24x7
SupportPhone - Any_desired_phone_number
SupportURL - Any_desired_URL



NOTE: OEMlogo.bmp file should be 96x96 in size and can be placed at any location.

3. Now open System Properties by right-clicking on My Computer icon on desktop and select Properties, you'll see your desired entries in "System" section and another section will also be created with the same name as you entered in Manufacturer String value. The OEMlogo.bmp file will be shown in right-side of "System" section.

Change the OEM information in the Windows System Properties panel to your own

If you want to add your own contact information to the Windows System Properties panel or change the OEM information that's already there, it's a pretty easy process.



It was several years ago when I started to add the step of putting my own personal contact information and company logo into the Windows System Properties panel on my custom builds. I've been doing it ever since, and it's a pretty quick and easy process.

If you go to Computer - System Properties, you might see a manufacturer's name and logo in the system section. Or, if you have a self-build or custom-built computer, there might not be anything at all. What follows are the pretty simple steps to add your own personal information.


1. Create your logo image (if you don't already have one) and put it in the following system folder:

• C:\Windows\System32\oobe\your-logo.bmp

• Note: You could put it anywhere, I suppose, and path to it accordingly, but the current OEM logo is probably here, and I prefer to be consistent with system files.

• The logo must be in the .bmp format and should be 120x120. Larger images will be automatically sized accordingly (and sometimes appear rather distorted).

2. Back up your system registry.

3. Run regedit and navigate to the following registry path:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation

4. If your computer is an OEM product, look for the two string values Logo and Manufacturer in the right panel. If it isn't, you'll have to create those two new string values. To do so, right-click on OEMInformation | New | String Value | Logo. (Repeat for Manufacturer.)

5. Right-click on the string value, select Modify, and enter the updated information for each value.

6. In the Windows System Properties panel, you'll now see your updated personal information.

നിങ്ങളുടെ മെയിലില്‍ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള Activation code copy ചെയ്തു സൈറ്റില്‍ paste ചെയ്യുക. ഇതോടെ റെജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാകുന്നതാണ്...

Step 4 : രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞു സൈറ്റില്‍ ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്തു  കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക് "View advertisements " എന്നൊരു ഓപ്ഷന്‍ കാണാം.അതില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. അടുത്ത പേജ് ഇല്‍ rectangle box ഇല്‍ Advertisements കാണാം. 

Step 5: ആദ്യം ഒരു Advertisementil ഇല്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. ഒരു പുതിയ പേജ് ഓപ്പണ്‍ ആകും . അത് Load ആയി തീരും വരെ വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക. Load ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ Close കൊടുക്കുക. [NB : പേജില്‍ ഉള്ള അവസാനത്തെ 4 Ads( Orange Colour Ads) ആദ്യം ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുക... അത് തീര്‍ന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞു മുകളില്‍ ബാക്കിയുള്ളവ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുക.. :

Step 6:  ഇതുപോലെ അതില്‍ എത്ര Ad കാണുന്നുവോ അതെല്ലാം ഓരോന്നായി മാത്രം ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്തു ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യുക. ഒരു Ad ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്തു കണ്ടു തീർന്നതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അടുത്ത Ad ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ പാടുള്ളൂ.

Step 7: മുകളില്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ ACCOUNT ഇല്‍ ബാലന്‍സ് കൂടുന്നത് കാണാം.

Step 8: എല്ലാ ദിവസം ഇത് പോലെ ചെയ്യുക.മുഴുവന്‍ Ads ഉം ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ സമയം ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ മുകളില്‍ പറഞ്ഞ 4 Orange colour Ads എന്നും നിര്‍ബന്ധമായും ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുക... നിങ്ങളുടെ ബാലന്‍സ് ഒരു നിശ്ചിക തുക ആകുമ്പോള്‍ (2 $) , നിങ്ങള്‍ക് "PAYMENT" നു അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

Copy Pen Drive Data Automatically in PC

Today someone has queried me about any software which will automatically copy data from a pen drive when a pen-drive will be inserted to PC or Laptop? without knowing the end user (a.k.a Stealth Mode), and suddenly i have remembered the Autoit, a windows automation tool. USB Hidden Copier is a program which will copy others USB drive content to hard drive so you can find it when you come back to that computer
Today i will share the software and steps by which you can copy pen drive data automatically in your PC using stealth mode, means user who has inserted pen driver will not know that his/her pen drive is being copied.


Steps to Copy Pen Drive Data Automatically in PC



Step 1. First Download USB Hidden Copier to start copying pen drive data automatically.

Step 2. Now open Copy Pen Drive Data Automatically in PC.exe and it will open it’s control panel.

Step 3. Click “Install” button. That’s all!. It will always start at computer start-up, or you can start it by pressing “Start” button in it’s control panel.




Features of the software:

It is totally invisible and masked enough in order not to be detected easily.
It will copy a maximum of 8GB that is enough space and information will not fit all hard drive space if you can not monitor it for a long time.
Content is saved in a folder named as the copied USB Drive name so you can find easily who is the owner of USB copied.
It starts at start-up of computer.
First copy is made 3 minutes after computer starts and then every 10 minutes the content will be overwritten, so you will have always lasted content of that USB.
With it’s Control Panel you can easily manage it.
Content copied is saved by default in: “C:WINDOWSsysbackup”
The copier program is called “systemidle.exe” in order to mask it.
In order not to copy you own USB Drive you can create a file named “friendflag.winxp” and put it directly on your usb (this file can be also with hidden and system attributes so you will not delete it accidentally). So when the program finds this file it will not copy the drive when it is located (your usb).
To close program (Exit) you can press Alt+E.

Samsung is a big brand who sells phone at such a price which is more than twice or thrice of its manufacturing cost. So, as the price of SGY is under Rs. 8000, the company has not spend more than 4000 to build it. So, the hardware of this phone is not that capable for Android operations. It sports a 830MHz ARM V6 processor and 290 MB RAM, which is not enough for playing good graphical games. But there is a method to over clock the processor to 1 GHz! For that you need to root the mobile. You can also upgrade your phone from outdated Gingerbread to ICS. You can even create virtual RAM space on a SD card to increase its performance. So, you can see rooting the phone may open endless possibilities for your handset



Read it before proceeding further

1) Do you have any experience about how to root an Android device? Do, you have even any idea? If the answers are no then I think you should seek the help from such a person to do it. It is because this type of operations has some risks. You may end up bricking your phone.

2) Did you have charged your phone to at least 60%? You need to do it for being on the safe side. If it switches itself off during the root process; your phone could be bricked.

3) Do not try this method on any other phone than Samsung Galaxy Y.

Requisites                                          

                                                                            
1) A PC or Netbook

2) Working internet connection

3) USB Data Cable

4) Samsung USB drivers or KIES.

5) A Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 mobile phone



Instructions: Stage I

1) Backup your files. You need to keep your important data like contacts, notes or photos etc on your PC or cloud.

2) Open your PC and connect it to internet.

3) Download zip file from here

4) Now connect your Galaxy Y with PC using the data cable.

5) Copy the zip to your handsets SD card.

6) Disconnect it from the computer.

Stage II

This stage will be done on your phone so, switch your PC off.

1) Open Settings, go to Applications then Development and check USB Debugging.

2) Now reboot your phone and press VOL Up + Home + Power together during the booting.

3) The Recovery Mode will be opened. If you do not see the recovery mode then try the method no. 2 again.

4) In recovery mode use the Vol Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Home button to select.

5) Now select “Install Zip from SD card.”

6) Then select “Choose Zip from SD card” and find out and select the Zip previously downloaded.

7) The download process will start and will take more than 10 minutes.

8) After the completion of the update follow the next steps on recovery mode.

9) Then select “Wipe Data/Factory Reset”.

10) Now enable “Wipe Cache Partition”.

11) After that select “++++Go Back++++”

12) Reboot the phone and you shall get it rooted.

Conclusion
